How XSnipe works

XSnipe watches every NFT marketplace of MultiversX and shows you what is listed, offered and sold, the second it happens. Here is how to get the most out of it.

Getting started

1

Watch the live feed

Open the Live feed: new listings, offers and sales appear on top as they happen, no refresh needed. No account is required.
2

Connect your wallet

Log in with your MultiversX wallet (xPortal, the DeFi Wallet extension, Ledger…). You only sign a message: no password, no e-mail, no transaction.
3

Set an alert

Tell XSnipe what you are hunting: a collection, a maximum price, some attributes. Matching cards light up in red and you can be notified on Discord, Telegram or by e-mail.

XSnipe follows XOXNO, EApes, OOX, KroganSwap, FLIPiX, Deadrare, xSpotlight.

Reading the feed

Every card is one event on the blockchain. From top to bottom: the NFT's name, its picture (with the time and the rank when your plan shows them, and trending badges such as “top volume”), the price on the edge of the picture, the marketplaces it can be found on, the sell type and finally the collection. A click on the card opens its details without leaving the feed.

The sell types of the feed
Sell typeWhat happened
ListingAn NFT put up for sale at a fixed price.
Price updateThe seller changed the price of a listing.
AuctionAn NFT put up for auction: the price is the starting bid.

Filters

Narrow the feed by sell type, marketplace, price, rank, token or collection; exclude the collections or wallets you never want to see. Filters apply as you click, and the page address keeps them: bookmark it or share it.

Search

Press Ctrl K or / anywhere to find a collection, an NFT, a herotag or a wallet. The arrows move through the results, Enter opens one.

Alerts

An alert is a rule: a collection (always, to keep scams out), and optionally a sell type, a price range, a token and attributes, such as “Background is Red”. Add them from the feed with Add alert; when the feed shows a single collection, the alert starts from it.

On the feed

The matching cards get a red frame; the premium switch puts them on top.

Sound

A short sound for every new match, while the feed is open.

Discord & Telegram

A message from our bot, even with XSnipe closed.

E-mail

A mail for every match, to a verified address.

Link Discord or Telegram and add your e-mail address in your account; your alerts are listed, exported and imported in My alerts.

Direct buy

A listing with a cart can be bought from XSnipe directly: open the card and press Buy. Your wallet shows the transaction before you sign it: it goes to the marketplace's own contract, exactly as if you had bought on its site.

  • No extra fee

XSnipe adds nothing. The marketplace fee and the royalties are the ones of its site.

  • Even while pending

You can buy a listing before the blockchain confirms it: that is where snipes are won.

  • Safe if it fails

If someone was faster or the listing failed, the transaction fails and your EGLD stays yours.

Wallet safety

What XSnipe does

  • Asks you to sign a login message, which moves nothing.
  • Prepares a buy or a donation that you check and sign in your wallet.

What XSnipe never does

  • Ask for your secret phrase, your keystore or your password.
  • Hold your funds or send a transaction you have not signed.
  • Write to you first in a private message on Discord or Telegram.

Frequently asked questions

Can I list an NFT on XSnipe?

No: XSnipe does not currently support the direct listing of NFTs. It is an aggregator: list your NFT on one of the marketplaces above and it shows up in the feed within seconds.

Why does the feed only show the last 24 hours?

XSnipe works on a simple rule: what is good and cheap sells fast. Old listings are noise for a sniper, so the feed keeps the last day. A collection with no recent activity shows nothing, even with a filter for it.

What does a yellow or red price box mean?

Yellow: the transaction is pending, the blockchain has not confirmed it yet. It is the earliest moment you can see a listing, and you can already buy it. Red: the transaction failed, the listing never happened.

Why is there no sound when an alert matches?

Browsers only play sounds once you have clicked somewhere on the page. After a reload, click once anywhere on the feed; check too that the tab is not muted and that audio notifications are on in your account.

What does “Postpone alerts” do?

It keeps your alerts but clears the cards they have already marked: only what comes from that moment on is highlighted again. Handy after you have checked every match.

Where does the rank come from?

From the rarity data of each collection. Collections without rarity data show no rank; the feed filter “Hide NFTs without rank” leaves them out.

What do the check mark and the red warning next to a collection mean?

The check mark: a collection verified on MultiversX. The warning: a collection our team marked as a scam or a copy of another one. Always check the collection identifier before you buy.

Are my alerts and settings kept on every device?

Yes. They belong to your wallet, not to the browser: connect the same wallet anywhere and they are there. Only small conveniences, like whether the filters column is open, stay in each browser.
